Welcome! Our soaps are handmade in small batches in our farmhouse kitchen from a blend of olive, coconut, palm and castor oils, as well as moisturizing ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter and oatmeal. For over 8 years we have used the old fashioned method of soapmaking, called the cold process method, which retains all of the naturally occurring glycerin in every bar of soap.
This glycerin holds moisture so our soaps leave your skin fresh and clean without stripping it of its natural oils. After cutting the soap, it is cured for approximately four weeks to create a mild, long lasting bar. We only use natural ingredients to make our soap - scent is from pure essential oils, and colour is created with herbs, clays and spices. We do not use any synthetic colours or fragrances, and our soaps contain only vegetable ingredients, suitable for vegans, with the exception of goat's milk and beeswax in a few of our varieties. And of course, our bars are preservative free.

You can also find us most Saturday mornings at the Cobourg Farmer's Market behind Victoria Hall, May to December 7 am - 1 pm. Please call ahead to ensure soap variety availability and attendance, as we do take some family holiday time a few weekends during the summer months.
